Application review
Evaluating submitted documents is part of the recruitment process and usually takes 2 to 4 weeks. If the job position specifies a deadline for applications, we generally review all applications after that date. For certain positions, we may also request additional documents such as a motivation letter or a concept for managing a department.
The most suitable candidates will be contacted and invited for a personal interview.
Personal interview
Our recruitment process may consist of one or more interview rounds. During the interview, you will meet a recruiter, the head of the department you are applying for, and in some cases also a potential future colleague.
At this meeting, we will discuss your experience in more detail, present the position, working conditions, salary, and benefits. You will also have the opportunity to ask questions – feel free to ask anything that interests you.
Feedback
We are always pleased to inform a candidate that they are the best fit for the position. In such cases, we usually reach out by phone to explain the next steps, followed by an email with a formal job offer summarizing the terms of employment.
Unsuccessful candidates will also be informed.
