Education

St. Anne’s University Hospital in Brno supports professional growth through educational activities, training courses, and seminars focused on developing professional and soft skills.

The Education Department primarily provides mandatory educational events, in particular specialized training for healthcare professionals (accreditation, participant registration, residency positions, internships, and work experience for employees and healthcare professionals from other healthcare facilities). It also provides advisory services for employees in the field of education and, within its own education center, organizes educational events for interested members of the healthcare and lay public.

We view voluntary development as an investment in the quality of care and workplace satisfaction, and it is a welcome part of our corporate culture. Employees have the opportunity to actively participate in events organized under the auspices of the St. Anne’s Academy, where they can find opportunities to learn, especially in soft skills, and can participate in mentoring programs and internships according to their own interests and capacities.
